A Prestigious Office Space in the Heart of Marlow
Our serviced offices in Marlow are at Marlow Place on Station Road, at the town-centre end of the road. It is a Grade I listed Georgian mansion, designed by Thomas Archer and completed around 1720, and for a while the home of the Prince of Wales who became George II. Newly refurbished, it offers office space in Marlow with air conditioning, meeting rooms, a reception, breakout space, cycle storage, a hot-desk room and its own parking. The Georgian and Victorian High Street, with its independent shops, restaurants and cafés, is about three minutes' walk, and runs down to the river, Marlow Bridge and Higginson Park.
Marlow station is about six minutes' walk along Station Road; the branch line runs to Maidenhead, where GWR and Elizabeth line trains carry on to Reading and London Paddington. By road, the A404 a mile east puts you on the M40 at Handy Cross or the M4 at Maidenhead, and Heathrow is about half an hour's drive. Carousel buses to High Wycombe, Henley and Reading leave from West Street, the dining street where the Hand & Flowers and The Coach hold their Michelin stars.
Marlow is a compact market town of about 15,000 people with more business in it than its size suggests. Globe Park, a mile east along Station Road, is home to the FTSE 250 IT company Softcat and around 3,000 jobs. Marlow Place suits the consultancies, suppliers and small head-office teams that work with those companies and want offices to rent in the town centre rather than out by the dual carriageway, on flexible terms and one monthly price.
