A Colourful New Addition to 20 Fletcher Gate
We are delighted to welcome NeuroDesigned & Co, an exciting new independent gift shop, to our 20 Fletcher Gate Business Centre! Transforming what was once a plain office space into a vibrant, colourful and inviting shop, NeuroDesigned & Co brings a fresh burst of creativity to the building. Offering a wonderful selection of unique gifts, including fidget jewellery, greeting cards, paintings and beautiful terrariums, there's something for everyone to discover. Visitors can also enjoy a selection of hot drinks while browsing the collection. Although welcoming to all, the shop has a particular focus on neurodivergent customers, with its range of stylish fidget jewellery offering sensory-friendly accessories designed to support focus and relaxation.
A Thriving Community of Independent Businesses
The arrival of NeuroDesigned & Co is another exciting example of the diverse range of businesses choosing to call 20 Fletcher Gate home. Our business centre is already home to an inspiring mix of independent professionals, creative businesses and customer-facing services. These include Hairr by Jaz, specialising in alternative hairstyling, Dolls Facials, offering skin aesthetics treatments, and Rachel Dyer-Williams, providing counselling services. Alongside these businesses, music producers and other creative professionals contribute to the building's growing character. From beauty and wellbeing to retail and creative industries, 20 Fletcher Gate is becoming much more than a traditional office building, bringing together businesses with their own unique identities under one roof.
Spaces That Grow and Transform with Your Business
At 20 Fletcher Gate, we believe that office space should be as individual as the businesses that occupy it. The transformation of NeuroDesigned & Co's unit from a simple, blank office into a vibrant retail space is a fantastic example of the potential our building has to offer. With a range of flexible office spaces suitable for businesses of different sizes and industries, 20 Fletcher Gate provides opportunities for entrepreneurs, established professionals and growing businesses to create a space that works for them. Whether it's a creative studio, treatment room, professional office or independent shop, our business centre demonstrates how a traditional workspace can be adapted to suit a wide variety of uses. We're proud to see our tenants bringing their ideas to life and look forward to welcoming even more businesses to our growing community.
